Because aesthetic procedures involve the allocation of clinical time, expertise, and resources that cannot be recovered once a service has been rendered, we maintain the following refund policy.
No Refunds on Completed Services
Once a treatment or service has been performed, no refunds will be issued. This policy applies regardless of the outcome, as aesthetic results are inherently variable and influenced by individual factors including skin type, healing response, lifestyle, and adherence to post-treatment care. Outcome variability is not grounds for a refund.
Prior to any treatment, a thorough consultation is conducted to discuss your goals, expectations, and any potential risks. Proceeding with treatment constitutes acknowledgment that you have been fully informed of the procedure and its possible outcomes.
Prepaid Services and Treatment Packages
All prepaid services and treatment packages are non-refundable once purchased. If you choose not to complete a package, the remaining balance may be applied toward another service of equal or lesser value. Transfers of package value are subject to provider approval and are not guaranteed.
Retail and Product Purchases
Skincare and medical-grade retail products purchased at Arvé Aesthetics are non-refundable. Exchanges may be considered for unopened, undamaged products returned within 7 days of purchase, subject to review and approval by our team.
Adverse Reactions and Complications
In the event of an adverse reaction or complication arising from a treatment, our team will provide appropriate clinical care to address the situation. This is a standard part of the care we offer to every patient. Adverse reactions do not constitute grounds for a refund, as all potential risks are discussed and acknowledged prior to treatment.
Results and Expectations
Aesthetic medicine is not a predictable science. Results vary between individuals based on factors including genetics, skin type, age, lifestyle, sun exposure, and adherence to home care and follow-up instructions. While we strive to achieve the best possible outcome for every patient, results are not guaranteed and do not warrant a refund.
