Membership Terms and Conditions

1. General Membership Information:

  • Arvé A-List memberships are valid at all Arvé locations with no restrictions.
  • Arvé A-List memberships are non-transferable and may only be used by the individual whose name is on the account.
  • Monthly A-List fees are available in three tiers: $150, $250, and $350, depending on the selected plan.
  • Fees must be paid via credit card and cannot be offset by in-store credit or gift cards.
  • Monthly fees cannot be supplemented with other promotional programs (e.g., Alle, Evolus, etc.).

2. Arvé A-List Terms:

  • Arvé A-List memberships are month-to-month. Your membership begins on the day of registration and automatically renews on the same date each month as the initial purchase, along with any associated discounts and benefits.
  • A-List benefits and perks are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other products/services.
  • Arvé reserves the right to change A-List membership fees at any time, with at least 30 days’ notice to A-List prior to any fee change.
  • Arvé reserves the right to modify or discontinue services offered under the A-List membership program at any time, with at least 30 day notice provided to A-List.

3. Credits and Expiration:

  • Credits are not redeemable for cash or refunds.
  • A-List can accumulate unlimited credits in their Wellness Wallet, and credits never expire.
  • Complimentary services can be redeemed after three consecutive successful monthly payments, defined as fully processed and not refunded. Each A-List may receive only one complimentary service, even if the A-List membership is canceled and later resumed. Complimentary services are non-transferable, may only be redeemed by the A-listed on the account, and must be used within 12 months of the initial A-List membership payment.
  • Arvé A-List perks cannot be stacked with specials, promotions, treatment package deals, or combined with any other offers. However, A-List credits may be used to purchase specials, promotions, or discounted packages at the advertised price.

4. Suspension, Freezes, and Cancellations:

  • If payment is not processed, your A-List  will be suspended until payment is received. During suspension, A-List membership benefits will be paused, but credits will remain in your Wellness Wallet. This applies to cancellations as well.
  • A-Listed may request to freeze their A-List membership for up to 6 months per calendar year due to medical or personal circumstances. A freezing fee of 10% of the membership dues will apply, charged on the date of the freeze, and will renew every 30 days from that date. The freezing fee is non-refundable and will not be applied as a credit to your Wellness Wallet. A-List perks are not available during the freeze period. Memberships will be automatically terminated if frozen for more than 6 months
  • Any remaining credits in a Wellness Wallet may still be used towards services or products if a A-List membership is frozen, suspended, or canceled.
  • To cancel your A-List membership, you must provide a 21-day written notice prior to the renewal date, sent to info@arveaesthetics.com or via text message to 864-696-2234.

5. Behavior and Conduct:

  • A-Listed are required to adhere to Arvé’s policies and are expected to maintain respectful conduct while in the clinic.
  • Repeated no-shows, cancellations without proper notice, or disruptive behavior may result in the termination of a A-List membership, with forfeiture of all accumulated credits.
  • Arvé reserves the right to terminate any A-List membership for misuse or fraudulent activity.

6. Appointments and Availability:

  • A-Listed have access to priority booking. If a preferred appointment time is unavailable, A-List may call or text the office at 864-696-2234 for scheduling assistance. If multiple A-Lists request the same appointment slot, it will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
  • While Arvé strives to accommodate all A-Listed, appointments, providers, and services are subject to availability, and services may be limited or unavailable due to circumstances beyond control (e.g., staff shortages, system issues, natural disasters, etc.).

7. Dispute Resolution:

  • Any disputes arising under these policies or the A-List membership program will be handled through mediation/arbitration in accordance with the laws of South Carolina. A-Listed agree to engage in good faith discussions to resolve issues before pursuing legal action.
  • In the event of a dispute, A-Listed agree to provide written notice to Arvé within 30 days of the issue.

8. Acknowledgment and Agreement:

  • By signing below, I acknowledge that I have read, understand, and agree to the terms and conditions outlined above. I understand that my A-List membership is subject to these policies, and I agree to abide by them. I also understand that failure to comply with these terms may result in suspension or termination of my A-List membership.
