At Arvé Aesthetics, we are deeply committed to providing personalized, unhurried care to each of our patients. Our appointment schedule is carefully structured to honor that commitment — which means that late cancellations and no-shows have a direct impact on our ability to care for others. We ask that you extend the same respect to your appointment that we extend to your time in our care.
Cancellation and Rescheduling
We require at least 24 hours’ notice for all cancellations and rescheduling requests. This allows us to offer your appointment time to another patient who may be waiting for care.
- 24+ hours’ notice: No fee. Your appointment may be rescheduled at no charge.
- Less than 24 hours’ notice: A cancellation fee of $100 will be charged.
- No-shows: Failure to attend an appointment without any prior notice will result in a $100 fee.
Late Arrivals
We understand that delays happen. However, late arrivals affect the quality of care we are able to provide and impact patients scheduled after you. Please plan to arrive on time for your appointment.
- Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may result in your appointment being rescheduled. A $100 rescheduling fee will apply.
Booking Deposits
Certain procedures require a booking deposit to secure your appointment. This deposit is applied directly toward the cost of your service on the day of treatment.
- Deposits are fully refundable with a 5% processing fee when canceled at least 24 hours in advance.
- Deposits are non-refundable for cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice or in the case of a no-show.
Exceptions and Special Circumstances
We recognize that genuine emergencies and unexpected circumstances arise. If you are experiencing a situation that prevents you from keeping your appointment, please contact us as soon as possible. We will review these situations individually and may waive the cancellation fee at our discretion. We ask that you extend us the courtesy of notifying us promptly so that we can best support both you and our other patients.
