Arvé Aesthetics

Clinical Facials

A facial at Arvé Aesthetics is not a standard spa treatment. It is a clinical skincare experience delivered by our medical aesthetician within a physician-led practice, using medical-grade products and protocols tailored to your skin. Every facial is built around your current skin condition, your long-term goals, and the most appropriate tools to support both.

What Are Clinical Facials?

Clinical facials at Arvé Aesthetics go beyond surface-level cleansing. Each treatment is designed and delivered by our medical aesthetician, drawing from a curated selection of advanced modalities and medical-grade skincare to address your specific concerns. Because our facial menu evolves as new treatments and technologies become available, your provider will always recommend the most current and appropriate options at your consultation. No two treatment plans look exactly alike.

What Clinical Facials Address

  • Active Acne and Congestion: targeted treatment to reduce inflammation, clear pores, and support a healthier skin environment
  • Uneven Tone and Pigmentation: address sun damage, discoloration, and uneven skin tone with modalities selected for your skin type
  • Dullness and Texture: improve skin clarity, smoothness, and overall radiance
  • Redness and Vascular Irregularities: calm visible redness and support a more even complexion
  • Dehydration and Barrier Impairment: restore moisture balance and support a healthy, resilient skin barrier
  • Maintenance and Long-Term Skin Health: support your skin between more advanced treatments and maintain results over time

How It Works

Our medical aesthetician assesses your skin at each visit and selects the combination of modalities, actives, and techniques that best match your current needs. Treatments are never templated, they’re built around what your skin actually requires that day.

Treatments may include deep cleansing and extractions, chemical peels tailored to your skin type and tolerance, CO2 lift pro-mask therapy for intensive hydration and rejuvenation, targeted LED therapy to support healing and reduce inflammation, and medical-grade serums and actives applied throughout the treatment. Dermaplaning, a precise manual exfoliation technique that removes dead skin cells and fine vellus hair, is also available as a standalone treatment or facial enhancement.

For patients seeking deeper correction, IPL and laser-based treatments are available and may be recommended as part of a broader skin program. The Hydrafacial, a dedicated multi-step cleanse, exfoliation, and hydration treatment, is also available and has its own page for full details.

What to Expect

Most facial treatments are completed in 30 to 90 minutes depending on the modalities selected. Some treatments, such as chemical peels, may involve mild redness or flaking for a few days following the session. Your aesthetician will walk you through what to expect and provide post-treatment guidance to protect and extend your results. Corrective treatment series are paced based on your skin’s response and goals.

Skin Health as a Foundation

At Arvé Aesthetics, clinical facials are a foundational part of how we approach skin health. Injectable and laser results look better, last longer, and heal more effectively when the skin underneath is well maintained. Our medical aesthetician works in close alignment with our clinical team to ensure your skin is supported at every level and at every stage of your treatment journey.
